Our data recovery service is built on component-level micro-soldering capability — the same skill set that lets us repair iPhone logic boards and MacBook motherboards. This means we can attempt recovery from devices where the storage is intact but the surrounding circuitry has failed, which covers the majority of non-physical data loss situations. No fix, no fee — if we can't recover your data, you don't pay for the attempt.

Phone data recovery covers both iPhone and Android devices. The most common scenarios are: a phone that won't boot after a software update (OS-level recovery, high success rate), a phone damaged by water (board cleaning and component repair, 80%+ success within 48 hours of incident), and a phone that died suddenly with no apparent cause (power management IC or PMIC failure, often repairable). We do not perform NAND chip-off recovery for the most severe cases — if your device has been severely physically damaged, we'll be honest about the limitations.

MacBook data recovery is more complex because Apple Silicon Macs (M1, M2, M3) have SSD storage soldered directly to the logic board — there is no removable SSD to extract and read externally. Recovery from Apple Silicon MacBooks requires board-level intervention: repairing enough of the board to boot the device and copy data, or engaging with specialist facilities for NAND transfer. Intel MacBooks with removable SSDs are more straightforward — we can extract the SSD and read it directly on our recovery workstation.

Windows laptop SSD recovery depends on whether the storage has failed physically or logically. Logical failures (OS corruption, accidental reformatting, partition errors) have a very high success rate with professional recovery software. Physical SSD controller failures require micro-soldering intervention. Spinning hard drives (older laptops) with logical failure are also recoverable via software; physically failed platters require a clean-room facility that we don't operate — we'll refer you appropriately.

Water damage recovery requires speed. The longer a water-damaged device sits, especially while still connected to a battery, the more corrosion spreads across the logic board. If your device has been in water: don't turn it on, don't put it in rice, don't charge it. Bring it to us immediately. We perform ultrasonic board cleaning, assess corrosion under a professional microscope, and repair corrosion damage at the component level before attempting to power the device for data extraction.
