We operate a certified e-waste recycling facility at our Roxburgh Park workshop, accepting phones, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, cables, batteries, and all electronic waste — at no charge to you.
Our facility is certified under AS/NZS 5377, Australia's national standard for the collection, storage, transport, and treatment of end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment. We were recognised with the Hume Council Award for our contribution to responsible e-waste management in the local community. When you drop off your old devices at STS, you can be confident they're handled properly — not shipped overseas, not dumped, and not resold without your consent.
For businesses, our e-waste service goes further. We provide audit-ready destruction certificates that document the secure disposal of your devices — essential for organisations that handle sensitive data and need to demonstrate compliance with privacy legislation. Our data destruction service includes either certified software wipe or physical destruction of storage media, with a written certificate issued for each device.
We accept all consumer and commercial electronics: smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards, mice, cables, chargers, batteries, hard drives, servers, networking equipment, and more. If it plugs in or runs on a battery, we'll take it.
Our workshop is at Shop G69, 250 Somerton Road, Roxburgh Park — convenient for residents and businesses from Craigieburn, Broadmeadows, Coburg, Fawkner, Glenroy, Greenvale, Meadow Heights, Campbellfield, Somerton, Tullamarine, Mickleham, Donnybrook, and across the Hume local government area. We're open seven days, 9am to 5pm. No appointment needed for drop-off.
